This is what our supper table looked like tonight when the kids were eating.
Yup...the girls are eating hot dogs (something I swore I would never feed my kids) and Dominic ate a PB& J sandwich. Yup...the kids are playing with barbie dolls and there are other toys out as well. Toys at the table is another thing I swore would never happen. I've decided that sometimes you have to pick your battles and be thankful for what is going on.
Tonight I was thankful they were all eating without fussing, they were all feeding themselves and there was no fighting. (Not to mention that Michael & I got to enjoy our meal a little while later while the kids ran around.)
